DJ Dez Andrés is a veteran of the Detroit scene. Andrés has produced for and with the likes of J Dilla, Jurassic 5, Lloyd Banks, Erykah Badu and Truth Hurts. Notably DJing with Slum Village (J Dilla's outfit) for a number of years, whilst maintaining a steady stream of first-class releases on Moodymann's 'Mahogani Music' and earning RA's best track of 2012, Andrés is not one to be missed. Soul:ution, now "Over 10 Years Deep", welcomed DJ Marky back to the turntables. He was the first ever guest over a decade ago. 
On the 1st March 2013, Band On The Wall was at full capacity, tickets were sold out in advance. The dancefloor was moving nicely as soon as the doors opened. I had the honour to DJ at this prestigious night. I have been a massive fan of the Soul:R label since it's birth. It was a lot of fun to dig through my crates and pull these records out to play. I have selected some my favourite Calibre, ST, Intalex & affiliated Soul:R family releases. Enjoy!
