    RESAVOIR - Resavoir (LP)

    £19.99

Resavoir - the collaborative project led by Chicago producer/composer Will Miller - presents their second self-titled album. The new 'Resavoir' is a subtly radiant symphony interweaving modern-day soul-jazz with bedroom beats, synth serenades and twilight sonatas. It represents Miller’s most assured and refined work to date. Imagined, instigated and produced by Miller, who ties the diverse sounds into an expansive, coherent whole, 'Resavoir' features a wide and vibrant cast of collaborators, including Elton Aura, Whitney, Akenya, Matt Gold, Eddie Burns, Lane Beckstrom, Jeremy Cunningham, Irvin Pierce, Macie Stewart, Peter Manheim and more. 3. SYLVESTER - I Need You / (RON HARDY Edit)

SYLVESTER - I Need You / (RON HARDY Edit)

    £15.98

While nowhere near his most celebrated work, 'I Need You' is undoubtedly one of sadly departed San Francisco disco star Sylvester's most potent dancefloor workouts - a typically driving mood-enhancing cover that transformed a gospel song into a soaring, surging, tops-off hymn to sexual desire. This reissue pairs the Harvey Fuqua-produced original 12" version (1980) with what appears to be a previously unreleased re-edit by Chicago house originator Ron Hardy. The latter's take is more rhythmically sturdy and lightly percussive, with vocal and full instrumental sections (often drenched in effects) sitting side by side with extended drum workouts. It's a fine alternative take of a disco record that should be in everyone's record collection. Learn More

PRETTY SNEAKY - Koldd LP (Pre Order)

    £19.49

retty Sneaky is a mysterious project shrouded in anonymity, known mostly for its banana peel logo and a series of self-released white label 12" EPs. This latest release arrives via Marionette and features Marseille-based artist Norman Levy, aka Koldd, marking his third collaboration with the project. The result is a captivating blend of mellow tones, tranquil atmospheres, and delicate bird calls—music that unfolds in slow motion, perfect for quiet, reflective moments. We’re thoroughly enjoying it. Learn More
  6. EDMONDSON - Vanarama Bar EP

    EDMONDSON - Vanarama Bar EP

    £16.99

Newcastle-born artist Edmondson has solidified his position as a fan favourite within the DJ community, earning praise from influential names like Ben UFO, Bicep and Moxie over the past decade. With an impressive back catalog featuring releases on Hypercolour, Me Me Me, and his own imprint Lissoms, Edmondson now steps into the spotlight once again with a 4-track EP slated for release on Seb Wildblood’s label, all my thoughts, on Feb 7th. 7. EDWARD / TRYBET - Deep Sea Villain EP

EDWARD / TRYBET - Deep Sea Villain EP

    £17.99

Astonishingly, 18 years has now passed since Gilles Aiken - probably more celebrated these days for his work under the alternate Desert Sky alias - first offered up off-kilter tech-house tracks as Edward. Last year, he impressed with a wonderfully deep and unctuous EP on deep house imprint Smallville; here, he makes his bow on another must-check label, Kalahari Oyster Cult. In keeping with the imprint's love of all things trippy and otherworldly, opener 'Tentacle' sees him wrap chiming lead lines, psychedelic synth motifs, weird noises and layers of percussion to a chunky, locked-in house groove. Aiken then goes off piste via a skewed, druggy and at times dreamy tech-house remix of Trybet's 'Moodsetter'. Arguably best of all though is impossible-to-pigeonhole flip-side 'Dr Octo', which is immersive, unsettling, tactile and eccentric in equal measure. Learn More

BRIAN HARDEN - Instinctive Pleasure EP (reissue)

Brian Harden is a second generation Chicago House head, starting in 1995 under the wings of Glenn Underground, being part of the legendary Strictly Jaz Unit. His work on Detroit's Mike Grant and his Moods & Grooves label should also be noted. One of his most famous works is his second EP on Cajmere's Relief Records, originally issued in 1996. Learn More

SBWT aka SUB BASICS / WITCH TRIALS - More Water (2x LP)

    £23.99

More Water pairs the dancefloor stylings of Sub Basics and Witch Trials through the platform of Temple Of Sound. Beckoning the listener to the centre of the dancefloor with haste, there they will remain as the tracks appropriately travel from light, to dusk, to dark. All the while holding a high-paced tumbling percussion, encouraging complete expressive movement. Learn More

  11. GYROFIELD - Suspension of Belief (EP)

GYROFIELD - Suspension of Belief (EP)

    £14.99

gyrofield is 22-year-old, Utrecht-via-Hong-Kong producer Kiana Li, who has put out several albums and over a dozen EPs since 2018, from self-released productions to projects on Metalheadz, XL Recordings and FABRICLIVE among many others. Their next EP is Suspension of Belief, and it arrives on Objekt's label, Kapsela. (Following last year's Ganzfeld and Chicken Garaage, it's Kapsela's first record by an artist other than Objekt himself.) In keeping with her recent releases, it shows Li continuing a creative renaissance, moving beyond the outer fringes of drum & bass to present what they call "a set of deeper, shapeshifting tracks, cross-pollinating ideas from house, free jazz and techno." 13. DJ DEEON - D.B.G II PROJECT

DJ DEEON - D.B.G II PROJECT

    £15.98

Chicago has many legendary figures, but one who stands proud among many is DJ Deeon, a low-end legend and widely considered to be the true Godfather of ghetto house. He dropped this EP originally back in 2013, and it is one of many that soon became classic, which is why it gets this remix from Chiwax. 'Happy' perfectly summarises Deeon's sound - booming and heavyweight kick and drums, smart samples looped perfectly and big hooks. 'The Truth' speeds things up and brings that Ghetto sleaze, and 'R U Sure' is a more minimal sound that still bangs like a heavyweight. 'Gigabytes' is full of caustic synths and blending melodies that bring sheer chaos to the club. Learn More
  14. LERON CARSON - Lemonlime EP (Reissue)

LERON CARSON - Lemonlime EP (Reissue)

    £16.99

Leron Carson may not be the most widely recognized producer in the Midwest, but his career has deep roots. His first release dates back to 2001, when Theo Parrish released a track he'd recorded in 1987, and since then, Carson has made intermittent appearances on Parrish's Sound Signature label. His latest 12" release for Theo's label is a true standout! "Lemonline" is a smooth, breezy gem, where Carson's jazzy piano melodies effortlessly blend with vibrant, Latin-inspired rhythms. On the flipside, "Sofnthik" transports listeners to an undiscovered 1980s Chicago deep house vibe, with warm, soulful chords swirling around a choppy drum machine groove. It's unclear if it was recorded three decades ago, but it certainly captures that nostalgic lo-fi, analogue essence. Learn More
  15. GE OLOGY - Versions Part Two (2x LP)

GE OLOGY - Versions Part Two (2x LP)

    £39.98

Brooklyn producer Gerard Young, better known as Ge-ology, has long favored a meticulous, ground-up approach to house music—eschewing prefab formulas in favor of custom-crafted grooves. His Versions series on Hot Biscuit, active since 2025, leans heavily into deep cuts, often packing six tracks per 12” and labeling them with playful, off-kilter titles like “Extended FeelTheFire Mix,” “From SideToSide,” “CapricornTribe Mix,” and “Raw Stripdown Version.” These names subvert conventional remix titling, showcasing a flair for linguistic creativity. The standout here is “Keeep The Beat,” where chopped-up disco, soul, and gospel fragments swirl like salvaged radio parts—lo-fi, gritty, and gloriously janky Learn More
  16. SPACE DRUM MEDITATION - Four Tusks LP

SPACE DRUM MEDITATION - Four Tusks LP

    £21.49

Space Drum Meditation is back with a reissue of Four Tusks, a 12-track odyssey of dreaded sonics and trepidatious treks through augmented wildernesses. Their debut album and seventh reissue on the eponymous label, the duo of Eddie Ness and Liem were once fixtures of the house musical landscape at large, yet only with SDM did they turn their hands to demurer experimental soundscapes, informed by the "tribal" gloom and etherics of an electro-auxed rainforest. Throughout Four Tusks, we hear the sleeker, pantherine side of their catalogue, with ritualistic drumming heard well-melded into many a grim, cowled and rattling texture, all glued by the faint but here still oppressive sound of rain, not to mention vapour steaming off the megaphylls. CAUSEWAY - Anywhere EP

    £23.99

"In a reality where the sun is neon and the streets are lit with lasers...where the message of love is communicated through soaring synths and haunting vocals, you'll find the music of Causeway" American synth-wave project, Causeway, is the brainchild of Marshall Watson and Allison Rae. Through sophisticated downbeat melodrama, lyrical motifs of isolation, and an ultra-vivid wall of sound, the two bring a sizzling synth-laden take on the dream wave genre. Coming to the fore with support from Italians Do It Better, Causeway released their first full length album 'We Were Never Lost' to immediate acclaim, soon landing spots in tv shows Never Have I Ever, and Riverdale. Fast forward to the here & now and they've returned with an updated sound and a new label relationship with Manchester's Sprechen, on which their new album 'Anywhere' is welcomed to the fold. The enigmatic duo has brought forth a reverb drenched cosmic journey across 10 tracks. Where narratives of dark & light are conveyed via emotional synthesizer soundscapes alongside captive melodies and ethereal vocals to take you on a diverse and cinematic listening experience. UPSAMMY - Open Catalyst EP

    £15.98

Upsammy's ever mutating, morphing sound seems to melt before your very ears on this new body of work. A distinct beaty twang, and even drum & bass, comes into the mix as the Dutch maverick takes us on a unique trip. Highlights of her navigations include the deconstructed d&b of 'Relict' and the hypnotising chimes and shimmers of the title track which feels like a trip to a temple in Tibet while cruising the back pocket of an automaton. Powerfully mesmerising; minimal in dynamic, maximum in feels. Don't sleep on this one. Learn More

All tracks have elements of Kerrie’s signature gritty machine funk sound, and carry her notable influences from Detroit / UK techno especially the Birmingham sound. Gnarly sci-fi infused sound design meets a raw stomping groove, the ‘It Takes Grit’ EP is aimed directly at the dancefloor. This one bangs! Learn More
  24. FRANCOIS K - FK EP (reissue)

FRANCOIS K - FK EP (reissue)

    £12.49

Francois Kevorkian is a name that needs no introduction. With a career spanning over four decades, FK has worn many hats—drummer, DJ, A&R exec, remixer, and producer—each showcasing his boundless talent. From the early days of New York’s club scene, sharing booths with pioneers like Walter Gibbons and Larry Levan, Kevorkian has been a central figure since day one. His years spent in the city’s most iconic nightspots sharpened his musical instincts, eventually landing him a role as A&R at the legendary Prelude Records in the early ‘80s. That move opened doors to collaborations with a who’s who of music royalty—The Eurythmics, Depeche Mode, Erasure, D-Train, Yazoo, The Smiths, Kraftwerk, and countless others. A true NYC original, Kevorkian remains active to this day, and the respect he commands within the industry is as strong as ever. His genre-defying DJ sets, groundbreaking remixes, and ever-curious musical ear have solidified his status as a true pioneer. Learn More

  28. KLOKE - Mindgame 8 EP

    KLOKE - Mindgame 8 EP

    £15.98

After a wild Hyperdub stopoff shared with Tim Reaper, Kloke (Andy Donnelly) now goes solo. Described as a case of "jungle vitality" by the releasing label, this is an artist playing Mindgames: 'Supernatural' and 'Rorschach' ascribe silkiness and scratchiness to the drum & bass shellout shape respectively, proving the breadth of this guy's sound. An essential emphasis on memory is invoked, with its yearning cry poking through skeletal mixes, and otherwise oppressive sci-fi sound design. 'All Worlds' is the closing experiment, where water-falling, melodi-cascades sizzle over and about pocket-sized, but still huge beat-punches. Learn More

    £11.48

Porter Brook’s experimentation with Live Coding considers the reality of dance music culture in the 2020’s to be inseparably mediated through algorithms and digital space. The attention economy and the corporate co-optation of the underground has dissolved a large part of dance music culture in an acrid solvent of content creation. Learn More
  30. MARK ERNESTUS' NDAGGA RHYTHM FORCE - KHADIM LP

MARK ERNESTUS' NDAGGA RHYTHM FORCE - KHADIM LP

    £21.49

Khadim is a stunning reconfiguration of the Ndagga Rhythm Force sound. The instrumentation is radically pared down. The guitar is gone; the concatenation of sabars; the drum-kit. Each of the four tracks hones in on just one or two drummers; otherwise the sole recorded element is the singing; everything else is programmed. Synths are dialogically locked into the drumming. Tellingly, Ernestus has reached for his beloved Prophet-5, a signature go-to since Basic Channel days, thirty years ago. Texturally, the sound is more dubwise; prickling with effects. There is a new spaciousness, announced at the start by the ambient sounds of Dakar street-life. At the microphone, Mbene Diatta Seck revels in this new openness: mbalax diva, she feelingly turns each of the four songs into a discrete dramatic episode, using different sets of rhetorical techniques. The music throughout is taut, grooving, complex, like before; but more volatile, intuitive and reaching, with turbulent emotional and spiritual expressivity. Learn More

He has never really fit into a box, never really had his hyped up moment in the sun, but just consistently delivers high quality music that does a brilliant job when played nice and loud. Frame of Mind houses his latest missive, which kicks off with the jacked up percussive house excellence of 'Brave New Era' before 'Drive' swings on 1st, dumpy kicks and is topped with fine analogue percussion, as is Gerd's trademark. There's a wiry synth energy to the sleazy 'Nexus', 'Nebula' channels deep, dark cosmic atmospheres and 'Droid Romance' is run through with the spirit of aliens. Learn More

CARLOS NIÑO & FRIENDS - (I'm just) Chillin', on Fire (LP)

    £24.98

Liner Notes by Marcus J. Moore: Over the past few years, concert patrons have stopped the musician Carlos Niño after gigs to ask two simple questions: “Are you a shaman?” “I hear the medicine in your music, can I come to your next ceremony?” The queries are fair enough: Looking at Niño, a tall man with a wild beard and kind eyes, one would think he’s from some faraway time and could maybe cast spells. Once you get to know him, you find that he’s just an incredibly sweet guy with a laid-back demeanor, and that he isn’t some guru claiming to have an all-access pass to the otherworld. Learn More

It's techno with character to kick off with as 'Signal' has dusty drum funk topped with trippy vocals that are well treated and pan and phase around the mix. 'Storm' has a dark and driving undertone with distant synth paranoia keeping you on your toes. 'Earth' dazzles with bright synth lines that are pixel-thin and packed with emotion over the cantering drums. Last of all is 'Radar,' the darkest of the lot and one with gritty synth waves, more loopy vocals and a devastating bassline. Learn More

ADAM F - Music In My Mind Reboots (Pre Order)

    £15.49

first released in 1997 via 181 Recordings. A deft working-through of vocoded cognitions and snappy neuro receptor firings and frazzlings, the original track is lent further weight here by DJ Marky & Makoto and Nookie respectively. 20 years on from its original release, Adam F's issue is lent two further mech-anthropic appendages, phattening the OG drumfunk number up with both extra-weighted yet extra-crisp transient edges. 52. NATURALISTEN - Forms EP

    NATURALISTEN - Forms EP

    £14.48

Forms is the debut release from Naturalisten. Behind this name is Rado, one of the founders of the Unknown Species collective. They've put together some great underground parties in London through the years, giving space to new talents and sounds, and blissfully ignoring trends and fads. Rado's colourful and imaginative take on deep techno shines through all the six tracks here. Fans of the sounds we often hear on the likes of Delsin, Nous'Klaer Audio, Spazio Disponibile, Bitta, Animalia, are likely to find plenty to love here. Starting with the subtlety of "Release The Tension"; passing through the swampy "Against The Tide", the bleepy minimal drum'n'bass of "Woodpecker", the acid deepness of "Aves Acid"; and landing on the early-morning atmospheres of "Canopy Dreams", which we find very much reminiscent of some exquisite James Holden moments from a time long gone. The final touch to an already beautiful body of work is added by Forest Drive West with his remix of the opening track "Release The Tension". His reinterpretation slowly creeps in and wraps you up in a wave of low frequencies, before blossoming into an epic outro. Learn More

MION aka EDIT SELECT - Theme: Remastered & Remixed

    £14.99

'Theme' is a 1999 techno classic from Mion aka Edit Select that was originally released on Music Man. 26 years on, it still sounds future and chimes with the deep tech sound of now, so has been remastered and offered up alongside new remixes from Vil, Earwax and Deniro. The original is a textured, loose and chunky techno stomper with fuzzy pads and imperfect edges. Vil's version has wispy synths and static electricity fizzing around a deep mid-tempo groove and cavernous sub bass. Earwax brings a widescreen serenity and supple depth, and Deniro ups the melodic quota with shimmering synth modulations. Learn More

'Unfinished Business' kicks off with sustained chords that bring a classic touch next to some steamy vocals and warm chords. 'Under The Spell' is more loose limbed and soul drenched, then a Crue remix brings some real heft to 'Unfinished Business.' Last but not least is 'Woman', a laid back vibe with swirling chords for loved up floors. Learn More

    £14.48

Enhancer Dub EP includes 4 tracks playing carefully with elements of Afrobeat, Dub & Techno. As a rare groove connoisseur and vinyl collector, Didier dlb has been delving into essential wax for almost 3 decades, navigating the underground music scene with a disregard for genre boundaries. Forget marketing hype – this is about the scientific exploration of sound, and an existential love for rave culture. In 1999, armed with a basic setup featuring an Atari, Akai MPC 2000, Yamaha DX, and Korg 770, he ventured into music production. No flashy equipment, just a raw passion for sonic experimentation and analog sound. As a result, releases on Sonar Kollektiv, Get Physical, Klasse Recordings & Rotary Cocktail followed. Didier dlb's undying dedication to exploration is reflected in his collaborations, residencies, and releases. He doesn't chase the limelight, instead immersing himself in the science of sound, shaping his own sonic universe. £10.99

Naming his latest tunes 'Target Practice' and 'Improv', Spanish electro producer Kalcagni is determined to flaunt his care-less, unruffled streak, implying that the production of electro floor-haulage is a cakewalk. After all, the best among us eat bangers for breakfast! The A-siders rattle out like inexhaustible mags, as we hunt down bullet-holed cardboard cutouts of mortal enemies, spied in the reticle. It's only until after such an opening bloodbath that we find a moment to catch our breaths and put on a 'Clean Shirt', where rejuvenative acids resound between roomier beat. Finally, 'Drift N Shift' hears Kalcagni pack in his shift at the shooting range and steal away into a misty, chord-laden night, though the sense of urgency is not lost on us. Learn More

JACOPO LATINI - Signal Drift EP

    £20.99

Altered Circuits' next release comes by way of Bologna-to-Berlin transplant Jacopo Latini. On the Motherboard EP he combines stubby drums and sultry, efficient basslines with richly hued synth work. Once the cuts get going, a tapestry of melody reveals itself: gated leads are accompanied by burbling arpeggios, momentous chord progressions and bright pads that crawl in and out. The patches often incline to the bright and dreamy but are deployed with restraint; in the same vein, concealed and aloof vocal samples get sprinkled in. These techniques - staples for the artist - add an inscrutable quality to his work's mood. It is dance music that feels direct on the surface yet hides more ambiguous emotions underneath. Learn More

    £17.99

Detroit innovator and singular soundsmith Theo Parrish returns with a new EP which we're told is his response to "stagnation and nonmovement" either physiologically, mentally or physically. 'Positive Mental Attitude Solves All' is up first and is a tribute to the late great funk-father Amp Fiddler. It's a typically deep cut with dusty drums and irregular, scruffy percussive lines layered in next to diffuse synth warmth and soulful melodies. 'Traffic Jams' plays with similar signature themes and is sure to loosen up mind, body and soul. Another standout bit of work from the venerable Motor City man. Learn More
