Corrado Loi left Sardinia for London in 1985 as a fashion designer; two years later he was running his own club night, Roma, which attracted Leigh Bowery among its regulars. Club Labyrinth followed, then productions as Aquanauts for Zoom Records, including a remix of Apollo 440's 'Raw Power' which shot to the peak of the UK Top 40. This third Tremendo release hears the thus rather seasoned producer strut his already-released stuff - secondhand clothes do tend to drape rather well. 'Groove Me Last' first appeared on Wiggle Records, while 'Blast' came out on Bosh in 2004, the same year he appeared alongside Eddie Richards on Fabric Mix CD number 16. B-cut and title number Lazer' came out a little later, and is the smackiest of the lot, its funky shouts and deep, filtery muscle making it meet the ears rather well.
