Fraise's Party Tools series returns with label founder Will Owen, aka Wilba, delivering four DJ-friendly cuts built for the dancefloor: 'Blast Blast' rolls heavy between speed garage and tech-house, 'Crazy Ro' drifts through ghostly chords and fluid bass, 'Strobelights' fuses late-80s acid nostalgia with modern tech-house, and 'Deeper On Paper' closes with a dubby, intoxicating deep house turn.
